Use the SMS link every time - Always open the app by clicking the link in the text message from Cooper Installations. This ensures you have the latest version and prevents app issues.

🔍 How to Know Your App is Working Properly

Good Signs ✅

  • You get a text receipt - After submitting notes, photos, or signatures, you should receive a confirmation text message within a few minutes

  • No red bar - The top of your screen should be clear (no red warning bar)

  • Smooth uploads - Photos and signatures upload without error messages

Warning Signs ⚠️

  • Red bar at top - This means you’re offline and can’t send data to the server

  • No text receipt - If you don’t get a confirmation text after submitting, something may be wrong

  • Stuck uploads - Photos or signatures that won’t complete uploading

🔧 Quick Fixes

If you see the red “offline” bar:

  1. Keep working - You can still enter notes, take photos, and get signatures

  2. When you get signal back - Pull down and release to refresh the screen

  3. Check for text receipts - You should receive confirmations for all your submitted work

If you have good cell signal but no text receipt:

  1. Close the app completely - Don’t just minimize it, fully close your browser

  2. Reopen using the SMS link - Click the link in your text message again

  3. The app will automatically send - Any saved data will upload when you reopen
