🔍 How to Know Your App is Working Properly
Good Signs ✅
You get a text receipt - After submitting notes, photos, or signatures, you should receive a confirmation text message within a few minutes
No red bar - The top of your screen should be clear (no red warning bar)
Smooth uploads - Photos and signatures upload without error messages
Warning Signs ⚠️
Red bar at top - This means you’re offline and can’t send data to the server
No text receipt - If you don’t get a confirmation text after submitting, something may be wrong
Stuck uploads - Photos or signatures that won’t complete uploading
🔧 Quick Fixes
If you see the red “offline” bar:
Keep working - You can still enter notes, take photos, and get signatures
When you get signal back - Pull down and release to refresh the screen
Check for text receipts - You should receive confirmations for all your submitted work
If you have good cell signal but no text receipt:
Close the app completely - Don’t just minimize it, fully close your browser
Reopen using the SMS link - Click the link in your text message again
The app will automatically send - Any saved data will upload when you reopen
